When you place an order or booking through a CartaTap-powered site, we collect the information needed to fulfill that order (name, contact info, order details). We do not collect payment information directly — all payments are processed by Stripe.

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, fulfill your order or booking, and communicate with you about your account. We do not sell your information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising.
Cookies
Our website uses minimal cookies — only what's necessary for the site to function (session state, cart contents). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
Third-party services
We use Supabase for database hosting, Stripe for payment processing, and Web3Forms for contact form submissions. Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We use Cal.com for scheduling. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
Data retention
We retain order and contact information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@cartatap.com.
