Terms of Service

What CartaTap provides
CartaTap builds, hosts, and maintains branded ordering, catalog, and booking websites for independent businesses. Our service includes initial site build, ongoing hosting, and support as described in your service agreement.
Payment terms
A one-time build fee is due before or at the start of your build. Monthly fees are billed on a recurring basis. Annual plans are billed once per year. Payment plans (3 × $300/month for the build fee) are available on request. All fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
No commissions
CartaTap does not take a commission or percentage of your sales, orders, or bookings. Stripe processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) are charged by Stripe directly and are not controlled by CartaTap.
Cancellation
You may cancel your monthly plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 30 days. We do not charge cancellation fees.
Your content
You retain ownership of your menu, catalog, product descriptions, images, and any other content you provide to CartaTap. By providing content, you grant CartaTap a license to use it to build and operate your site.
Limitation of liability
CartaTap is not liable for lost revenue, missed orders, or business losses resulting from downtime, technical issues, or errors. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain uptime and resolve issues promptly. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 30 days.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify active clients of material changes by email. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
